Parent Workshop: Talking Starts at Home
Join pediatric speech therapist Caroline Tindale for a presentation on how to use everyday routines and activities to support your child’s speech, language, and early reading skills.

Our pediatric speech therapy team specializes in speech sound disorders, early intervention, dyslexia therapy, and is the only local practice recognized by ApraxiaKids.org for Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
Are you ready to get started?
Here’s the process to begin speech therapy or dyslexia therapy with Caroline’s Speech Retreat in Tallahassee, FL. Sessions with our pediatric speech therapists can be scheduled at select preschools, our office, and online.

We will begin with a call to learn about your child’s needs, discuss your concerns, and answer your questions.
During this call, we will share rates and review options for payment, such as the Family Empowerment Scholarship.

After our call, we will send intake forms through our secure patient portal.
Once completed, we can confirm your evaluation appointment and ensure everything is in place for a smooth start.

During your evaluation appointment, your speech therapist will complete formal and informal assessments, observe your child in activities, and spend time talking with you.
Afterward, we will review the results together, discuss your priorities, and set therapy goals that reflect your child’s needs and your family’s hopes.

Once your child’s individualized therapy plan is in place, we will schedule weekly sessions.
Each session is designed to build skills, boost confidence, and support meaningful progress, with ongoing communication so you feel informed and involved.
